Background
Jockeyindia.com was to serve as Jockey's official India website. So it had to mandatorily comply with guidelines set by Jockey and we actually had very little to play with. It was to also serve as an exhaustive catalogue of everything that Jockey sold in India. The website also had to visually sync up with the newly launched 'Just Jockeying' campaign which was raising a few eyebrows. We had to also make sure that the site could easily transition from an eCatalogue to a fully functional eCommerce functionality
What we did
We had to do some serious tight rope between the design guidelines and projecting the 'new' India focused image and positioning - Just Jockying. The outcome was a simple website tail gating the offline campaign with acute focus on usability than visual power. It was designed to help the user discover/ select his/her inner wear with ease. The outcome was a simple, usable, aesthetic site which went down very well with Jockey's diverse audience.
